AN INVITATION FOR YOU....
What? Spiritual Direction in small groups of 3-4 people
When? Each group will establish its own monthly meeting time, Sept - May
Where? Groups will meet at Susanne Hassell's home in west Knoxville
Why would I want to do this? Spiritual direction helps serious disciples of Christ to live into their best intentions. These focused small groups can be a "safe place on a dangerous journey." They also offer Christian leaders skills to help future small groups go "deeper" in their conversations and prayer life. Former participants are often pleasantly surprised at how the listening skills they practice transfer into all their other relationships!
Is once a month enough? These small groups are designed to supplement other Bible studies and prayer groups you are already involved in. Perhaps your existing small group might consider doing spiritual direction on alternate weeks from your usual study.

Global SEEDS Fall OrientationIf you are interested in learning more about the work of Global SEEDS we will be having our fall orientation the evening of Friday, September 13, and continuing
the morning of the 14.
The orientation will give an overview of who we are, what we do, and how you might fit in.

Soul Support is a new group being co-led by Judy Pate and Roxie Moore. It will provide social-emotional and spiritual support for those experiencing struggles and stresses in their lives. The group will be confidential but open to members at all times. Soul Support will begin
