Greetings!
Now is the time for parents and students to begin thinking about Prom. In less than a month, juniors and seniors will be walking the Red Carpet onto the dance floor at the Dayton Kroc Center and we need your help to make this night memorable.
If you would like to volunteer to chaperone Prom or help with set-up and clean-up of our traditional Red Carpet Walk-in, please contact or email Angela Ruffolo, social studies and Student Council moderator, by Tuesday, April 9.
Prom will be held from 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, April 20 (freshmen are not permitted). Students are reminded that all School Dance Guidelines apply, including the new Guest Policy. Tickets will be sold for $20 each (or $40 for a couple) during junior and senior lunch periods on April 8, 9, 12 and 15 only. This year's theme is Once Upon a Time.
In addition, any parents interested in helping with planning and organizing an after-prom event should contact or email John Marshall, principal. Principal Marshall will be available to discuss feasibility, interest, and number of adult chaperones for after-prom both informally at Parent-Teacher Conferences on Tuesday, March 26 and formally at the Co-Educators meeting on Monday, April 8.
Thanks for your support of this CJ sponsored student event.
