Paramount Animation through its affiliate Animated Productions Inc. currently has exciting opportunities for Visual Development Artist to join the animation team at our Hollywood, CA studio.
About:
The Visual Development Artist is responsible for exploring all possible options for creating the look and appeal of a character. Working with cues from the story team and notes from the director, this department is charged with helping capture the right look to support the emotional core of the character, and define who that character is.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years professional experience required, Feature Animation experience preferred
- Traditional Fine Art Education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Digital Paintings and portfolio which demonstrate a wide range of experience and technique with strong sense of composition, design, color theory, and storytelling
- Ability to be flexible and to adapt to change when requested
