The following job listing is from an employer that has not yet signed a contract with The Animation Guild.  The work described is not currently eligible for Guild benefit contributions.

The Animation Guild does not have a problem with its members remaining employed.  Our aim is to provide a seamless cloak of portable health and pension benefits for everyone in animation.  We encourage our members to take whatever work they can to stay employed and in the industry, and we fully understand that many of us work at non-signator studios from time to time. Unfortunately, not all studios are aware of the benefits of becoming part of our family.

The Guild is very limited in the degree to which we can help in the event of a employment dispute.  We can advise you as to your rights under State and Federal labor laws.

From copywriting, scriptwriting, storyboarding, graphic design, interactive design and animation to video, audio and experiential production, we are comprehensive service providers and strategic partners in the truest sense.

Known for our creative excellence, our team is truly the best and the brightest. Drawing award-winning talent from feature films, television shows and video games, we utilize only the most dynamic technologies from those media. For 17 years, Inhance has created extremely innovative presentations that have set an incredibly high standard in our industry.

Inhance Digital seeks qualified Lightwave, Max or Maya Generalist for Fall Television Season.

You must be experienced with a minimum of 5 years TV or Film under your belt! This is NOT a junior position! We need a self-starter able to work without constant guidance in a way that accommodates revisions anywhere in the pipeline at any stage of production.

You must be a generalist, meaning you will be asked to do some modeling, rigging, tracking, character animating, lighting, multi-pass rendering and have compositing skills or at least knowledge of compositing workflow.

We use Lightwave, 3DS Max and Maya. We render using Deadline and comp with Fusion. We track in Synth Eyes and use Z-Brush for creature modeling. Skills in either or both is a huge plus! If you also can comp then that's another huge plus!

We are located in Hollywood and the position, while a contract position to start, may turn into a permanent one with benefits!
