As a follow up to the standing room only "Writing for Animation" workshop at the CTN Expo in November 2013, award-winning writer Rob Edwards (Disney's Academy Award nominated THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG and TREASURE PLANET) will be taking writers through the next steps to building dynamic and entertaining screenplays that will stand toe to toe with the pros.

The "5 Keystones To Great Screenwriting: A Master Class" will take place at the Center Stage Gallery in Burbank, California, on Saturday and Sunday, March 8th and 9th from 9am - 5pm.

This Master Class is geared toward professional and beginning writers who will learn:

●      Rob's "secret sauce" developed at Disney / Pixar

●      How to become a dynamic script writer

●      How to pitch the perfect story

The 5 Keystones are the five pivotal moments that ensure your screenplay will be dynamic and meaningful from "FADE IN:" to "THE END". Rob will take a case study approach as the class helps selected students master the Keystones and improve their stories through an interactive process that is both fun and informative for the entire class.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to be "in the room" and walk away with trade tips and tools that Rob has collected during his 30 years as an award-winning professional television and movie writer.

The Center Stage Gallery is located at 847 Hollywood Way, Suite 100, Burbank, CA 91505. Plenty of street parking is available. Cost is $175.

This Master Class will be followed up by a second, month-long MASTER CLASS on April 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th titled WRITING DYNAMIC SEQUENCES in which Rob will jump in the sandbox to break a sequence with every writer who attends and give them feedback on how to make their screenplay the best ever.
