With cold weather coming fast, now is the perfect time to take care of that annoying little chip in your windshield before it becomes a BIG problem! Service Manager Joe Prokes invites you to take advantage of this service the next time you stop in for an oil change.
He notes that there is no out-of-pocket expense to most customers.

At Dick Scott Automotive Group, we realize how important it is to find new and innovative ways to enable parents and guardians to support their children's education. That's why we continue to remind you about Dick Scott Donation Vouchers, a new way to raise funds for your school.
Remember, as a participant of our program, your organization will receive directions on how to print donation vouchers. Participants will, in turn, present them at any Dick Scott Dealership location when they purchase/lease a new or pre-owned car, truck or bike.
At the end of each month, your organization will receive
$100 for every voucher redeemed!

| Recipe Of The Month |
 | | Dijon-Glazed Pork Chops |
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 packets Concentrated Chicken Broth
1/4 cup light cream
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Season the pork with the garlic powder and black pepper. Stir the concentrated broth, light cream and mustard in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
2. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides.
3. Stir the concentrated broth mixture and parsley in the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
