DocuTrack Version 6.2 Released

DocuTrack 6.2 was released on July 1. Two notable features are drag and drop audio file support and compliance enhancements for Washington State pharmacies.
DocuTrack 6's support for drag and drop functionality for Word and Excel files has been extended to audio files. This support allows users to click and drag WAV, MP3/4, AIFF, AIF, M4A, and WMA audio files into DocuTrack in one simple step. Users can then listen to the files, associate them to an order, or route and store them like any other document.
Washington State pharmacies are now required to place a dynamic label on every document. With the 6.2 enhancement, pharmacy staff can drag and drop a prescription from the DocuTrack Association Pane directly onto the document to auto-create a label with all required information. This new feature will keep WA pharmacies compliant and save pharmacy staff time.

Integra Now Processes Integral Solutions Barcoded Forms

DocuTrack can now instantly import and read Integral Solution Group's barcoded Long-Term Care Forms. Thanks to Integra's bar code technology, specific Integral forms can be instantly identified and routed within DocuTrack, saving time and improving efficiency.
"We are constantly seeking out new partnerships to provide even more integrated technology options to our customers," says DocuTrack Product Director, Louie Foster. "Our customers work with a wide array of vendors and any time we broaden industry integration it allows our customers the flexibility to make the right technology choices for their business."
Integral Solutions specializes in medical records such as physician orders, behavior monitoring forms, treatment records, claim forms, and custom forms. Each form is printed with a static barcode which allows automated routing when paired with comparative electronic document management software such as DocuTrack.
"Switching to laser forms has made my job so much easier," says Integral and DocuTrack customer Cane Creek's Medical Records Coordinator. "The dot matrix forms would take days to print...but with laser forms, this can be done in hours."

DocuTrack Release Notes Now on Customer Center

New on the Integra Customer Center are version-specific release notes for DocuTrack.* Release notes provide detailed information to help you understand the features and functions of your specific DocuTrack version, and include version highlights, details of features, updates, upgrade requirements, and additional notes. Other version documentation can include feature guides, technical guides, and supplementary information.
Also new to the Customer Center are recordings of past webinars. Did you want to attend a webinar but didn't have the time? Did some of your staff miss the webinar? Now you can view the recordings of past webinars.
To access the Product Release Notes and webinar recordings, log into your Customer Center account and select "DocuTrack." You can also email info@integragroup.com to request an account.

NABP .pharmacy Domains Now Available

NABP (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy) is pleased to announce that general availability for the .pharmacy domain begins June 3, 2015. At this time, all pharmacies and pharmacy-related entities may apply for .pharmacy domain names.
The .pharmacy Top-Level Domain (TLD) was launched in 2014, and NABP has approved more than 300 .pharmacy domain names applied for or requested during prior limited registration periods. NABP created the .pharmacy TLD to provide consumers worldwide with a means to clearly identify safe and legal online pharmacies and related resources.
Applications for the final limited registration period for all dispensing pharmacies are currently being evaluated. More information is available in the full news release available on the .pharmacy website, www.safe.pharmacy.
