DocuTrack Installed in First International Pharmacy 
 
Integra is pleased to announce the successful implementation of DocuTrack into its first pharmacy outside the United States. Located in Western Australia, CoPharmacy went live on February 20th. With the support of an on-site Integra field team and representatives from MJB Smartmed, the Integra product distributor for that area, CoPharmacy became the inaugural installation for Integra's expansion into the international market.

 

"We are pleased to have our newest customer live on DocuTrack," said Mileen Loeffler, Integra's Director of Client Services. "After training about forty people in the use of the DocuTrack application, paper documents were set aside and DocuTrack was brought live.  Users quietly completed their paper work and went directly to the digital world.  Despite the time difference between Australia and the US, Integra's development team in Anacortes spent the midnight hours assisting the team in Perth, Australia with the newly developed interface to the Australian pharmacy system FRED." 

 

As Western Australia's largest provider of Long-Term Care pharmacy meds and services, CoPharmacy had been looking at DocuTrack for nearly two years after joining MJB Smartmed in a visit to several US pharmacies that use DocuTrack. 

 

"We first saw the DocuTrack software in several pharmacies during a fact-finding and new product investigation trip in the USA," said Matt Dean, Director of MJB Smartmed. "One of the key benefits for us was that DocuTrack is a product specifically aimed at Pharmacy document management and has a large, proven install base in the US. Also important, was the fact that DocuTrack has comprehensive workflow management functionality. In Australia, pharmacies typically use a range of 3rd party products that usually only address one area, such as receiving documents, but they do not focus on document management or workflow as a whole. This results in an inefficient workflow and double entering of data, which increases the chance of errors. MJB Smartmed are pleased to become the Australian Integra distributor,  and excited for the potential workflow benefits the Integra software solutions can bring  to Australian Pharmacies."

Learning Center Now Customer Center

For those accustomed to accessing the Learning Center, located at the top right of the Integra website, the Learning Center is now the Customer Center. As part of an effort to simplify website navigation, the Customer Center will include access to DocuTrack and DeliveryTrack training material, use of the Facility Marketing material, and easy navigation to Support and the Integra User Seminar website. 

 

Those with usernames and passwords for the Learning Center can use their current information to access the Customer Center. Those without usernames will need to complete the Account Request Form.

Reminder: VoIP Incompatible with Analog Fax Lines
 

DocuTrack Support would like to remind all customers that VoIP (Voice Over IP) is incompatible when using analog fax lines. VoIP interferes with sending and receiving of faxes, which results in cut off faxes. If you are experiencing cut off faxes, check to make sure you or your facilities are not using VoIP for their fax machine. Please contact DocuTrack Support if you think you are experiencing this issue and need assistance.

DeliveryTrack Notice: AT&T G2 Network Shutdown Beginning
 
A quick reminder for DeliveryTrack customers: shutdowns of the AT&T G2 Network have begun in certain parts of the country. Integra has been informed that several pharmacies using DeliveryTrack have already received shutdown notices.
