DeliveryTrack 4
Deployment & Upgrades get a major facelift
Product deployment that ensures a client is running on the most recent version has traditionally involved a slow roll-out process for most vendors.  DeliveryTrack will be addressing this problem starting in Version 4.

Using industry leading third party tools - AppLife for dispatch client upgrades and LabTech for Server upgrades - the Integra Client Services Department will be positioned to do rapid site deployments.  In addition, mobile devices will perform a version check when logging in, automatically download and install a new version of the software after the server has been updated. The average time to perform an upgrade has been vastly reduced, and clients will enjoy a pain free upgrade.
Integra Support voted 4.9/5
2012 customer satisfaction survey results
We pride ourselves on our Customer Support: to date, we have an average customer support satisfaction rating of 4.9 out of 5! Customer service is imperative to good business and we work hard to make sure each and every customer receives excellent support. Our Support Department's goal is to "provide service that is rated a '5 out of 5' each and every time."

Now on to what you want to know...how did we come up with 4.9? We randomly query customers who have called or emailed in for support to solicit feedback as well as an overall score for the call. Of 143 randomly queried support instances in 2012, each was requested to provide a 1-5 rating on their customer service experience. These customer responses averaged 4.9 out of 5.

We love our team, but let's let customers speak for themselves. Here are just a few of the quotes --

"Marvin handled my request quickly and perfectly.  He's a Rock Star!"

"Kyle does a great job. He listens to the problems and figures out a solution for me with no hesitation.  Great customer service!!!"

"Jessi was terrific! She tracked down multiple issues for me, with a smile on her face. She flew through the screens doing it, too. It was clear she definitely knew DocuTrack inside-out."

"Pete has been extremely good at taking my calls and not making me feel like an idiot. His technical knowledge is also very solid and he makes sure all my questions are answered to my satisfaction before moving on. Like all the other Integra employees I have dealt with in the past, he is outstanding. An A+!"

"Blaine was very helpful with my issues on DocuTrack and was able to fix all the problems. Excellent customer service."

FDA Drug Shortages Index
The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) keeps an updated index of drugs experiencing shortages or supply issues. Shortages can happen for many reasons, which really don't matter to the pharmacies that have patients depending on those drugs. While the FDA works with manufacturers to prevent or reduce the impact of shortages, it's helpful for you to have a list of current shortages. Follow this link for the FDAs drug shortage list.

While most information is provided to the FDA from manufacturers, updates on shortages and supply issues are accepted from healthcare professionals. Drug shortages or supply issues may be reported to drugshortages@dfa.hhs.gov.
