Reports included in DT 5.1.8
DocuTrack 5.1.8 is currently in Limited Product Release, installed in numerous pharmacies for final testing before General Release. Version 5.1.8 includes various DocuTrack Reports allowing pharmacies to oversee:
  • Employee Productivity: Various Reports let you see how many documents individual users process during a specific time period, what types of documents each user processes, and see which users are "cherry picking" documents.
  • Volume of Documents Received: You can see what demands are being placed on your pharmacy by viewing a Report that displays how many of each kind of document your pharmacy received during different times of the day.
  • Document Movement: One Report lets you see how long (hours, minutes, seconds) individual documents sat in a status before being moved.
  • Black Holes: Black Hole Reports isolate what documents are not being recognized by your Search Folders. You can use these Reports to make sure every document is identified.
  • Group Filters: With this Report, you can determine what user groups see what documents and decide if they need broader or stricter permissions to various document types.
