MONTHLY BUSINESS LUNCHEON
AT GARDEN OF THE GODS Club & Resort - on June 21 - the SCWCC Monthly Business Luncheon welcomes Jamie Hollier for an engaging program on Digital Literacy. As an entrepreneur and consultant, Jamie is passionate about technology and how it can be used to create stronger communities and improve organizations.
Increasingly, your personal levels of comfort, knowledge, and skill with technology will heavily impact your business success. Digital literacy is an ongoing process - across an ever-changing continuum of multiple facets - and not just an end goal to be attained and forgotten. Join us for a conversation on what digital literacy means today and what it may mean in the future. You'll leave with information on how to stay current, informed, and safe online - by employing tech tips that work now and into the future.
Ms. Hollier is the Co-CEO/Co-Owner of Anneal, a technology consulting firm, and Co-Owner at Commerce Kitchen, a custom software consultancy. She has worked with a wide range of clients from public and private sectors, is a board member for the Digital Public Library of America, and was honored as a White House Champion of Change.
As a volunteer, Jaime led the digital literacy committee for the Colorado State Broadband Plan, served as a judge for Boulder Startup Weekend, and worked as a planning committee member for Denver Startup Week.
Speaking on the topics of leadership, digital literacy, project management, and future studies, she has presented at the White House, and shared remarks for the American Library Association, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, StartupDenver, Colorado Women's College and many others.
