Traverse City Tech Day - May 11th

Northwestern Michigan College provided the perfect backdrop for SunTel's second annual Traverse City Tech Day.  Business sessions from SunTel partners through out the day included updates on Mitel Hospitality Solutions, Checkpoint Mobile Security Offerings as well as SunTel's own Physical Security division, educating customers on building security and safety.  Hands on demo's of camera's and locking mechanisms was also available.  Thank you Traverse City for a great event.  Looking forward to next year.

Active Shooter - April 20th

SunTel Services and the Troy Police Department teamed up for a presentation on how to survive an "Active Shooter".  The news headlines continue to bombard us with these terrible incidents.  Do you know what it takes to secure your employees and survive?  Forty customers learned how to do just that from a police officers point of view.  SunTel also shared how its Physical Security offerings can safe guard your building and employees.

SunTel Achieves Platinum Partner Status with Avaya

 Track Record of Success and Commitment as Solutions Expert

TROY, Mich., April 25, 2016 - SunTel Services - a complete provider of services for unified communication networks to businesses throughout Michigan and across the country - has been awarded Platinum Partner status by unified communications and collaboration provider, Avaya.

Avaya offers four partner levels based on competencies and customer satisfaction. The Platinum medal status, Avaya's highest level, gives a partner access to an increased level of technical resources at Avaya as well as better pricing and escalation procedures to assist in supporting the customer.  

To achieve Platinum status, SunTel invested in continued training and education for its operations, support and sales staff.  This standard recognizes SunTel as an Avaya solutions expert across many disciplines-IP telephony, Data Networking, Contact Center, and Video solutions for small to midmarket and enterprise size businesses. Another component to the higher medal status was outstanding customer feedback on SunTel's competency and service provided, from sales support through installation.  Average customer satisfaction scores for SunTel were 4.88 out of 5.0.
