I know many have asked about getting IN on the 10K Across the Bay Bridge that will be held on November 9, 2014 ... YUP... THAT'S NEXT NOVEMBER. But... you have to get in on THIS NOW! We have a special code that will get you into the race early... but you have to act quickly and access it NOW ... until through October 31. After that, the race is OPEN to all until it sells out. The logistics of this race are a lot more difficult than it was many years ago... which is why they are working over a year in advance. Want to be IN on this? REFLECTION IS NEEDED
As all of us have seen first hand ... it is getting darker much, much earlier at night and is staying dark into the morning hours. In fact.... Daylight Savings Time starts this Sunday morning. It will completely DARK by the time we run at 6pm!
Because of this, it is imperative to wear different points of light and reflection while walking/running/bicycling on streets/sidewalks and crosswalks.
Did you know a driver can recognize a person wearing reflective at up to 6x greater the distance than a person wearing a white t-shirt?
