Ohhhh yeah... Baby it is C O L D outside .... but it IS January. Don't stay inside all winter... OH NO... because if you are sitting on that couch and OK... watching the RAVENS come out ON TOP .. you still need to move and keep moving. We all want to look great, and run/walk/exercise well... but it's what we do during the winter that plays out three-fold come spring/summer! You know what I am talking about.
There is a lot of discussion this month about resolutions - what are you going to do this year to improve your life over last year? What if you resolve to do something for someone? How about resolving to inspire others to run/walk/exercise... get moving?
