Important communication to NGPartners employees who have automatic loan payments at NGFCU

Following the transfer of employees from NG to NGPartners, we would like to inform our members about the automatic deposit status and automatic loan payments starting in January 15, 2016.
NGPartners employees shall receive their first paycheck on January 15, 2016 but loan payments would be due January 8, 2016.
By January 8, 2016, NGFCU shall update all accounts affected to reflect the correct due date on loans payments (January 15, 2016).
Also, NGFCU will make sure that members who have direct payments to their loans at NGFCU are processed normally on January 15, 2016.
However, we advise our members to check their accounts online January 15, 2016 during the day to make sure the transfers have been processed.

Can't locate your debit card?
You can turn the debit card feature on and off by using our APPS on I-phones or Androids, tablets and phones.
If you are traveling abroad, email us at [email protected], or call us at 202-775-6135 to avoid transactions being denied.
Also, make sure we have your current contact information.
For your security, VISA debit cards have spending limits. Email or call us if you need a limit increase. Some restrictions may apply.
