As we celebrate the people we love during the month of February, we at Summit Land Conservancy can unquestionably say that we LOVE all our amazing volunteers! The value of our volunteers is indisputable. With your help we are able to increase our capacity AND save more land!
Starting this February, Summit Land Conservancy will be circulating a new bi-monthly newsletter including the latest updates and news about our organization. We will also incorporate all our volunteer opportunities into this newsletter. Because these opportunities will now be advertised with the bi-monthly announcements, we will no longer be sending out a Volunteer Newsletter every month. Please make sure to refer to the Bi-monthly Newsletter to stay current with all the great volunteer opportunities we offer - there are some really awesome things coming down the pipeline!
As volunteers, you are no doubt the most valuable players of our organization. Thank you for always staying engaged, and being willing to help (even last minute!) We look forward to many more fun moments and possibilities this year.

Opportunities
Kids Outdoors
Think about your favorite memories of outdoor play as a child, and chances are those memories involve some type of unstructured play in wild spaces without an adult in sight. This year we are bringing our Kids Outdoors program to three elementary schools in the Park City School District. More children are experiencing free play in nature and learning to love the outdoors, as they create memories and friendships during our adventures in open space. We hope that by connecting our youth to the land we can foster the new generation of young conservationists. Join us as a Play Naturalist and help inspire a new era! Learn more and sign up here.
