The Park City Municipal City Council will be tackling the hot topic of DOGS during work session and the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission is continuing work on its development code. Animal Control Ordinance 
 
BACKGROUND: Off leash dog citations have increased with the new enforcement at the County level. Park City is open to have a discussion surrounding the enforcement within city limits.   
 
WHO: Park City Municipal City Council. 
 
WHAT: Review and consider possible amendments to the Park
City Municipal Code, Animal Control Ordinance, including the ability to designate off-leash areas within City Limits.

WHEN: Thursday, December 17, 2015, 5:15pm. 

YOU: Go listen! This will be presented during work session so no public comment will be taken, but in the future there will be an opportunity to voice concerns on the code amendments.
Official Zoning Map and Development Code  
 
BACKGROUND: The Eastern Summit County Development Code has been going through updates the past few months. This week's discussion will focus on the creation of new zoning districts: AG1 -One Unit per acre, AG6 -One Unit per 6 acres, AG20 -One unit per 20 acres, RR -Low density residential max density 1 unit/acre with agricultural activities, RS - Low density single family max of 3 units/acre and RC -Exclusive Commercial, recreational and resort facilities. WHAT: They will hear possible amendments to Chapter 3: Zoning Districts and conduct a Public Hearing.  
 
WHERE: Summit County Courthouse, 60 N. Main, Coalville
