The Snyderville Basin Planning Commission has a full agenda this week, with two specific items we think you'd like to know about we detail below.

BACKGROUND: The applicant TGC LLC, Hoffvest LLC is requesting Planning Commission approve a Low Impact Permit for a hotel and associated uses in the Rural Residential (RR) Zone at 3370 North Hwy 224. The full proposal of what is being requested can be found in the Staff Report
 
WHO: Snyderville Basin Planning Commission. 
 
WHAT: Conduct a Public Hearing and provide county staff and the applicant with direction. Click here for the staff report. 
 
WHERE: Sheldon Richins Building (County Library Building at Kimball Junction) 1885 West Ute Boulevard, Park City, UT 84098.   
 
WHEN: Tuesday, December 8, 2015 7:00pm. The item is 6th on the agenda that begins at 6:00pm.

YOU: Do you live in Park West Village, Red Pine, or attend services at St. Mary's or Temple Har Shalom? Do you commute on HWY 224? Come listen to the presentation and speak up with any concerns you may have with the project. 
Old Ranch Road Estates Subdivision

WHAT: They will review the proposal and conduct a Public Hearing.

WHEN: Tuesday, December 8, 2015 6:30pm. The item is 4th on the agenda that begins at 6:00pm.
