Hoppy Hour - October 14

Join Summit Land Conservancy and Wasatch Brewery on October 14th for a toast to open space! Celebrate wild hops and the protected lands where they flourish and grow in Park City by raising a glass of Clothing Hoptional with us and your friends. Event starts at 6 pm and continues til the taps run dry. We are currently looking for volunteers to help support staff by checking people in, selling Clothing Hoptional swag, and making sure the night runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to attend one of the best parties in town and promote saving land in your local community! If you would like to volunteer at Hoppy Hour please email caitlin@wesaveland.org to learn more about how you can help.
Live PC Give PC

Our favorite day of giving is fast approaching! Live PC Give PC is an amazing time when the people of Park City come together to support the nonprofit organizations that make our community special. The past two years Summit Land Conservancy has successfully placed in the top 3 on the Live Give leader board, and this year we are looking for YOUR help! We are asking that you participate in our campaign by simply sharing our social media posts with your friends and family. The more people we reach through your efforts, the more land we can continue to save! We are also looking for individuals to help with hanging campaign posters around town, managing our donation station on November 5th, assisting staff with Thank You cards throughout the day, and waving signs to advocate for Park City's favorite local land trust. If you love Summit County and its beautiful open spaces, come volunteer for Summit Land Conservancy this Live Give season. Email caitlin@wesaveland.org to learn more.

Your vote counts. We save land and YOU can too!
RAMP Bamboozle

Do you love art, music, food, beverages, and saving land? Come check out the 3rd Annual RAMP Bamboozle on Saturday, October 17th. Festivities begin at 4 pm and will conclude after a raging bonfire and thrilling rail jam at 9 pm. This event is fun for all ages and best of all, it's FREE! Proceeds will benefit local artists and Summit Land Conservancy. If you are interested in volunteering at our information table, please contact caitlin@wesaveland.org to learn more about how you can help.
Other Opportunities

Kids Outdoors
Free play in nature is the most common influence on the development of adult conservation values, yet it is vanishing from children's lives. Kids Outdoors restores nature play and connects our local youth to the land. Volunteer as a Play Naturalist, and inspire a future conservationist! Learn more and sign up here.

Office Helper
We are always looking for extra hands to help around the office with administrative duties. This is a great opportunity to build your resume, meet new people, or get involved with a great cause. Learn more and sign up here.

Recycle Fridays
Free time on Fridays? Want to enjoy some sun while doing some good? We need someone to help us with our recycling efforts every other Friday! Learn more and sign up here.

Don't forget to check your email every second Friday of the month for our monthly Volunteer Newsletter!
Sorry we're late! We were busy learning exciting new ways to save more land for our community at the National Land Conservation Conference in Sacramento, CA last Friday. Thanks for understanding!
