1. Enter Online Click "Donate Now!" to open our donation page. Once there select $50 and choose Fly Fishing Adventure from the special purpose designation pull-down.

 

2. Call Us At 435-659-9884 to enter and pay with credit card by phone.

 

3. Mail Your Entry Send your check to PO Box 1775, Park City, UT 84060. Must be received by 7/1/15. Include contact info; you might be the winner!
