Mountain Accord will hold two public meetings next week to accept official comments and provide information to the public:

Summit Land Conservancy is one of the stakeholders invited to participate in the initiative. As a member of the environment subcommittee, we look forward to providing input and expert advice that will guide the future of the Wasatch. Specifically, we will help determine those sensitive areas in the central Wasatch Mountains where conservation easements are most appropriate to conserve biodiversity, water quality, scenic viewsheds and wildlife habitat.
