You Did Not Get That Here!
The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has affirmed that a data entry worker who typed six hours a day is not entitled to workers' compensation benefits for her carpal tunnel syndrome. It cited a rule that states that normal clerical work does not cause carpal tunnel syndrome, and that even though "her work load may be large, her duties are still clerical in nature." Read More
Pilot Says Airline Threw Him and Safety Out the Window
A pilot claims that Allegiant Air fired him for "not placing company profits above safety" after he aborted takeoff and evacuated passengers because of smoke in the cabin. Read More
