Florida OIR Tells NCCI 'Go Lower'

NCCI first proposed a 2.5 percent decrease in Florida's workers' compensation rates for 2015. Then a 3.3 percent decrease. Now Florida's insurance commissioner wants an even deeper cut, to 5.2 percent. Read More

Texas Mutual Wants Full Freedom

Texas Mutual is the state's largest workers' compensation insurer with 40 percent of the market and a $2 billion surplus.
