 Claim Frequency for Calif. Private Self-Insureds Stable in 2012

 Court Rules on Second Injury Fund
The Missouri Supreme Court has ruled that the state's Labor and Industrial Relations Commission misapplied workers' compensation law when it stacked disability ratings, and has ordered the Missouri Second Injury Fund to pay benefits in four separate workers' compensation cases.  Tighter Regulations Ahead for Compounding Pharmacies
A measure to increase oversight of compounding pharmacies is winding its way through Congress. The bill gives the FDA clearer power to regulate compounding pharmacies and also provides a voluntary system for further oversight of the industry. Read More
