 Florida Insurance Commissioner Says No to NCCI Proposed Hike
Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty denied NCCI's 1% proposed annual rate filing increase in workers' compensation insurance rates for 2014. However, he said he will approve a 0.7% hike if NCCI refiles for that. Read More

 Delaware: Small State, Big Workers' Compensation Challenges
Delaware is in a dither about its workers' compensation rates and system, and perhaps rightfully so. For such a tiny state, Delaware seems to have a mess on its hands regarding how it addresses workers' compensation.
