Greetings!
Theodore Roosevelt was the 26th President of the United States. He was known for a man of action in the battlefield, frontiers / remote areas, and, yes, in the arena of politics. Roosevelt was a member of the Rough Riders which was a regiment in the 1st Volunteer Cavalry. At the Battle of San Juan Hill, Lieutenant-Colonel Roosevelt set an example for valor and fearlessness and motivated the soldiers under his command to spring into action.
In the spirit of the Rough Riders and Theodore Roosevelt, the Good Deed Brigade is covering the nation with its own volunteer force to get the word out from coast to coast. The mission of the Good Deed Brigade is to promote the actions and kindness of people making a difference in the community.
The Good Deed Brigade Button is a great way to spread the word about the Good Deed Brigade. We now have ambassadors on the ground in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Maine, Delaware, Hawaii, Washington, New York, and other States. Each ambassador has a GDB Button in hand and will photograph scenic views, historic sites, and other areas with the GDB Button prominently displayed in the photograph.
