This year, more DIYers went to RepairClinic.com when their appliances and equipment broke down than any previous year. Since 1999, we've helped 3,000,000 people fix stuff on their own and save money. Our 850 videos are currently being viewed about 25,000 times every day! We recently reached a 10,000,000-views milestone. That's a whole lot of DIY repairs! We're thrilled to be making repairs easier than ever.    

This year, we were overwhelmed by the positive response to these RepairClinic.com developments:

• Addition of HVAC equipment parts to our inventory
• Expanded shipping to Canadian DIYers

Every day, customers share with us their successful repair stories. They tell us that our free repair help and parts availability have empowered them to fix stuff and save an average of $200.  Among our recent favorite customer stories:

• An 81-year-old woman was distraught after the bake element quit working on the GE range that came with a house she bought 50 years ago. She feared she'd have to not only replace her avocado green range but the matching refrigerator and dishwasher, too, to maintain coordinated kitchen colors. After ordering her $20.88 replacement part and successfully installing it, this woman said she'd sing our praises. "I'm good for another 50 years," she wrote in a note to us. "On second thought, that might be a reach. I'm 81 years old. Still, the part is supposed to extend the range's life - not mine."
• The young man who never could never seem to win the affection of his in laws - until the day he fixed their dryer. "I watched the video, ordered the part and had it delivered the next morning. I fixed the dryer in an hour. That repair changed everything. They were so impressed. Now they think I'm handy! Thank you for making me look good - and for helping them to see me differently."
