Graduate Assistant Position in Human Rights

 
 

The Human Rights Institute at the University of Connecticut seeks to fill a half-time (10 hours/week) Graduate Assistant position for the 2014-2015 academic year.

 

We are looking to fill the position of the Graduate Student Liaison.  The Graduate Student Liaison would be responsible for providing organizational support for the Human Rights Graduate Certificate, working with graduate students to organize events on campus, communicating regularly with graduate students interested in human rights about upcoming HRI programs and events, and other duties as assigned.

 

Applicants should have a strong interest in human rights, high level of organizational skill and must be currently enrolled full time in a MA/PhD program at the University of Connecticut, with at least 2 years left in their program.
