Interview Series
Duane Smith Retires

Dr. Duane Smith joined the FLC history faculty in 1964 and taught continually in that program for 49 years, making his tenure one of the longest at the history of the college.

On the eve of his retirement from teaching, Duane graciously agreed to sit down to discuss his views on history and reminisce about the changes he's seen at Fort Lewis over the years.
