" I was hugely impressed with the service and flowers.  Their website made it easy to order.  There was plenty of space and opportunity for special instructions and notes.  Beautiful cards were sent with the flowers.  An error I made in duplicating my paypal payment was immediately corrected by their chat line staff.  Delivery was made promptly with minimal notice at the busy time of Easter.  They were able to make deliveries with a phone number only (no address), and they also did a great job of delivering to a village 37 km outside of Ivano-Frankivsk. It was a very pleasant experience working with them, and I will certainly come back here when ordering for the Ukraine."
