The Lake Erie Walleye School was a success in spite of the weather. Erie is easy to find fish driving fast which is important since the walleyes are in schools. You need to locate fish in water where you can see the cavitation plate on your motor. Most of the water was too dirty from the wind but we found some fish in clearer water and bingo a pig was caught on a the only Ripstick we used while most were caught on Deep Husky Jerks. The other boats in class also caught fish with one boat catching 4 and we only fished a few hours. One boat caught a 10+ lb walleye.

FINDING FISH AT 20 MPH.
We had many seminars and a boat rigging session. I found many items to improve and worked on a few transducers.
Next Walleye School is at Chamberlain SD in 10 days on the
Missouri River April 26-28.
