     As one of the most festive seasons, Christmas calls for premium cuts of beef. Rib roast and tenderloin are the most popular cuts for holiday entertaining, as they are extremely tender and juicy.
     Roasts are also impressive cuts that make for a dramatic display, especially if you carve at the table. Dazzle your guests by giving the gift of flavor this holiday season.

Visions of sugar plums already dancing in your head? If you've got the holidays on your mind and you're planning your holiday meal, we've got just what you need. Rib and ribeye roasts (otherwise known as "prime rib" when dining out) are king of the table for holiday feasts, especially in Wisconsin!!  Here are some of our favorite recipe to make this special roast. Pick the recipe you like best, then check out our Oven Roasting guide and "10 Tips to the Perfect Holiday Roast." These helpful links will take the guess work out of what could be an intimidating preparation method.   Invite the family and friends over for a memorable holiday meal!

You may have memories of impressive beef roasts from holidays of yore. But the chances that you feel confident in preparing a roast on your own might be less likely. You may not even think that a classic roast is exciting or reflects your flare for unique and ethnic flavors. We hear you loud and clear!
