This is the season when we gather with families and friends to celebrate and give thanks. The Early Learning Coalition of Orange County (ELCOC) celebrates more than 12,000 children annually who received Voluntary PreKindergarten (VPK) services and the 9,000 children on average per month who received School Readiness services in 2012. We are grateful to our ELCOC board of directors, staff and early child care and education providers who worked hard to improve outcomes for children.
