Viking knit is an ancient form of circular wire weaving also known as the trichinopoly chain. The Vikings would weave this chain for rope on their ship or with fine silver to barter with when they went ashore. Bring chairs, picnic, and a radio on which to hear the announcer. That will ensure that you enjoy the exciting play by play as the horses and riders come thundering past your field-side tailgate space. Dress casually and for the weather....there are often "polo winds" across the field. Flat shoes are recommended for the 'divot stomping' at half time! Admission cost is $10 for car & driver and $5 per passenger. If you don't want to rush to get a tailgate space you can always reserve one ahead for $50 which includes up to 6 people.
