How are you going to Celebrate Earth Day?
We encourage all of our 1350+ Virginia Green participants to get out there and celebrate Earth Day all month long with your staff, friends, and your families! Of course, there are many Earth Day celebrations and many of them are logically certified as Virginia Green Events! Check out the listings below of Virginia Green Earth Day celebrations and check out the Earth Day / Arbor Day page on Virginia.org

Hilton Garden "Gives 60" New Recycling Containers to Local School
The Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) in Downtown Richmond celebrated Earth Day by donating 60 new recycling bins to William Fox Elementary. Pictured here are HGI's Barbara Overton and John Cario. This project was also registered with the "GIVE 60" campaign.

Virginia Green has also partnered with Keep Virginia Beautiful to celebrate its 60th anniversary. We are encouraging all of our partners to GIVE 60 minutes of their time and participate in some sort of clean up or beautification activity.
