Class Cancellations:  In the event of inclement weather that may cause instructors to cancel classes, participants are asked to call the CRPR Offices before 5 PM, Mon-Fri at 231-3071. After 5 PM and on weekends, please check the CRPR Message Board at www.crpr.org. We update the Message Board daily in case of weather concerns and class cancellations. It's the best way to stay up to date!


 

 


 


 

 


"Shine a Light:" 

Millbrook Marsh Illuminated

 

Experience Millbrook Marsh 

Like Never Before!


Enjoy an evening walk in the marsh to see the artwork of Ann Tarantino as she illuminates and illustrates the natural features of the marsh with light. This art - a combination of lights and nature walk - will allow visitors to experience the marsh in a whole new way.  Plan to arrive right at 7:30 if you wish to hear the artist talk about the design. This event is family-friendly and invites exploration. Please bring a flashlight. $10 suggested donation per family per night is welcome! Cancelled in extreme weather conditions. No registration required.  

 Offered in cooperation with the Hamer Center for Community Design.

We're Letting the Dogs Out at 
Park Forest Pool
"Aqua Dog Day"
Sunday, September 7      1-4 PM


 

Looking for a way for your best friend to cool off?  Let them pooch paddle in the pool!  Sunday, September 7 from 1-4 PM at Park Forest Community Swimming Pool.  $5 per dog admission, humans are free - but only the dogs may swim.  Humans must sign a waiver and Dogs must show proof of a current rabies vaccination and dog license.  Proceeds will be used to purchase and plant additional trees at Oak Hall Regional Park.

Movie Night 
Under the Stars
"The Princess Bride"
