FUN Facts!
DID YOU KNOW?

Did you know there's a masked bandit flying around Millbrook Marsh?

The male Common Yellowthroat, a small warbler, wears a black mask and is often found at the marsh mid-April through October.

When choosing a mate, females appear to prefer males with larger masks. The witchety-witchety-witchety song of the Common Yellowthroat is often heard before seeing the bird, as they like to inhabit tangled vegetation.
