Class Cancellations:  In the event of inclement weather that may cause instructors to cancel classes, participants are asked to call the CRPR Offices before 5 PM, Mon-Fri at 231-3071. After 5 PM and on weekends, please check the CRPR Message Board at www.crpr.org. We update the Message Board daily in case of weather concerns and class cancellations. It's the best way to stay up to date!

CRPR Kids Yard Sale 

Saturday, May 31

 

CRPR is once again hosting the Kids Yard Sale this Saturday, May 31 from 9 AM-Noon at Tudek Park. This event, open to the public and focused only on kid's items sold by kid sellers, gives young participants the opportunity to set up their single table with the items they wish to sell.  The best part, kids keep their profits!  Clean out those closets and register TODAY!  Registration is free, CLICK HERE

Pools are Open!
With memorial Day behind us it means that Welch and Park Forest Pools are now OPEN!   Pack your towel, grab your suit and head out for a splashing good time!
 
Both pools are operating on Preseason Pool Hours until school ends for the summer.  For all the information on times, fees and events, CLICK HERE.

Adam Swartz Puppet Show

 

Come and enjoy a Puppet Show at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center with

Adam Swartz Puppets! This is one of our favorite shows, so if you haven't seen it, don't miss your chance!

 

"My Unbelievable Aquatic Adventure!" 

Join us on Saturday, May 31 at 3:30 pm at MMNC.  

Only $5/person, kids age 4 and under are free!

On Your Mark, Get Set, GO!
Hershey Track & Field Local Meet  

 

The Hershey Track & Field Program introduces children between the ages of 9 and 14 to basic track and field events, encouraging them to be the best they possibly can be. Begun in 1975, the Hershey Youth Program has become the largest youth sports program of its kind in North America. 

 

The goal of Hershey's Track & Field Games is to introduce children to physical fitness through basic events like running, jumping and throwing.  Events include: 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600 and 4x100 meter runs, standing long jump and softball throw.

Registration: 5:15-5:45 PM; Meet begins at 6 PM

All Aboard! Senior Center Bus Trip to Ride the Railroad   

 

Arrive in Middletown by bus to enjoy luncheon at Alfred's Victorian Restaurant followed by A 75 minute train excursion aboard the

Middletown & Hummelstown Railroad.  Then travel to Hershey for a trolley tour of the town starting and ending at Chocolate World.

There will be time to ride the Chocolate Making Tour Ride and browse through the gift shop and food court on own. The registration deadline is July 3, 2014
