Prayer & Fasting - Day 5
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ESV
"Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body."


Eat more broccoli, grapes and salad.
  
There is a scientific consensus: A diet rich in fruits and vegetables, high in nutrients and low in calories, is your best bet for a long life.
  
Specifically, eat more broccoli, grapes, and salad.  Researchers have found that compounds in these three foods pack extra life-extending benefits.
  
We're not fasting for the health benefits, but for the spiritual benefits.  However, our particular fast does promote a healthy lifestyle.
  
I think I'll try to get some exercise in, too ...
