Final days for "Diana: A Celebration"
|
Now's the time to come to the Frazier History Museum if you haven't seen " Diana: A Celebration!" The exhibition closes this Sunday, January 13.
Saturday and Sunday, January 12 and 13 are sold out. We cannot guarantee that walk-up guests will be accommodated on these days. If you haven't purchased advance tickets for this weekend, come during the week! The museum is open from 9 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. each day through January 13.

We're gearing up for the fourth-annual Frazier Canteen, our 1940s USO-style dinner and dance! Celebrate Valentine's weekend dancing cheek-to-cheek with your sweetie! Enjoy a buffet dinner, the ever-popular Donut Bar, the 17-piece Don Krekel Orchestra, a photo booth, the Ladies for Liberty singing troupe and more. As always, WWII-era dress is encouraged.

Museum members will enjoy a sneak preview of "Spirits of the Passage," which opens to the public February 2.
This humbling, new exhibition explores the circumstances of the trans-Atlantic slave trade, gleaning facts and artifacts from the archaeological excavation of a sunken slave ship.

"We Sing America!" free happy hour events

5 to 7 p.m.
Presented in partnership with the Kentucky Opera and the Fund for the Arts, "We Sing America!" performances are two FREE happy hour events that include gallery access at the Frazier History Museum. Providing a vivid tour of our country's history through American folk songs, a Frazier Museum interpreter will perform in conjunction with Kentucky Opera studio artists each evening. Guests will enjoy free beer, wine and light snacks. Sponsored by the Fund for the Arts.
