We are receiving reservations for performances at the Member's Recital on November 4th at the Coronado Library's Winn Room. The Recital will take place at 4 pm followed by refreshments. If you are a member and wish to play, please forward your name(s), the piece you'll be performing and it's length to sandiegofluteguild@gmail.com or call 858-484-8609. If you're not a member or know another flutist who isn't a member of SDFG but would like to play, we encourage you to join now! A map to the Library will go out closer to the event. Only members may perform, however the event will be open to the public and free of charge to attend.
MORE NEWS:
We have two openings on the SDFG Board. The positions open are: 2nd Vice President and Corresponding Secretary. Both ladies who held these positions will continue to help the organization but will not be able to attend regular board meetings, thus they are stepping down.
If you are an adult member who is interested in either of these positions please contact any member of the Board or email sandiegofluteguild@gmail.com or call 858-484-8609. Our schedule of events and meetings can be found here; board members are expected to attend most of the board meetings, volunteer at events and help in any way they are able.
