Good day everyone!
Today I had the opportunity to have lunch with one of our longest standing clients, Mr. Haskell "Hack" Dearnley, owner of
D & D Realty in Winthrop, Maine. Also joining us were his son Mert Dearnley, his daughter Heidi Jackson, and their facilities manager Angelo Kazouris, and from G & E Roofing, Account Manager Steve LaPointe, and Client Service Coordinator Sue Grenier.
We were celebrating Hack's 95th birthday. Hack and his two children operate D & D Realty, which owns a large commercial facility in Winthrop, Maine. If anyone has any need for business space, office space or general storage space, please contact Hack Dearnley at 377-2221 or 933-2452. We have been working with Hack since 1978 and very much appreciate our relationship over the last 36 years. Think of it, I was just 24 years old when this relationship began and since that date, we have re-roofed their entire complex, as well as performed general maintenance over the years.
Mert, Norm, Steve, Heidi, Hack, Sue and Angelo  Norm, 60 years & Hack 95 years, whose birthdays are 35 years and 4 days apart! Norm can only hope he looks this good at 95! We got a little bored a couple weeks at at the Dine-ah and staff decided to make a few snow sculptures, we wondered if you would help us judge them.
Whoops! These weren't the sculptures that we built, they were actually built in Breckenridge, Colorado for the Annual Snow Sculpture Contest. Pretty impressive huh? I sure hope everyone is making it through this most recent cold spell without any serious issues. I don't know about you, but I am ready for spring, which is in 57 days.
