Good day to All! Last week was a long week, to say the least, ending with a very successful Mother's Day on Sunday. We served 703 full service meals, gave out 150 carnations to deserving Moms on a first come, first served basis and we were all on our way home by 8 pm. Long day but very rewarding to see all of you happy and satisfied. Thanks to my entire staff for a great effort. I'm a little tired myself so my writing this week will be short and I'm going to share with you a tree that blossoms outside of my house every spring and also one just down the road. The way the sun was shining in these photos brings out the best that Mother Nature has to offer.  The following photos are recent pictures of the progress at China Dine-ah Too.  Dine-ah Too interior with floor and ceiling finished  Floors covered booths ready to be installed!  Grease trap, one tank in one tank to go and a pump station (Note: the concrete boxes and cylinders are risers so that we can inspect and pump our tanks)  280 feet deep, 40 feet of casing, 6 gallons a minute, good to go!  Disregard the date on the photo, shot from the road as I was leaving on Mother's Day evening From the looks of that double rainbow, all you Moms from up above were looking over us during our busiest day of the year.
