Fascinating FACTS from Vixen
Fact #1: Did you know that nearly all of the shelter contests are won by Cat/Dog shelters?? How about we show our love for the REST of the pets!!!
Fact #2: Did you know that 95% of the grants for rescued animals are ONLY for cats/dogs/wildlife and specifically exclude all other pets? This makes our fundraising even harder!
Fact #3: Did you know that Critter Camp uses over 1,000 pounds of supplies EVERY single week!?! And we have to raise a minimum of $500 each week to cover all our expenses!

How about a happy rescue story!
A family with an ill daughter had to get rid of their beloved pet ratties ( dr's orders) and it just so happened we knew of a family looking for a pair of young f ratties only a short distance from them- match made, ratties exchanged & new friendship formed- yay!!!
