SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM THANK YOU
| | |
Almost 50 kids had a "super" time in the Summer Food Service Program - running, jumping and playing their way to a healthy summer. The super hero theme introduced kids ages 4-12 to our local heroes from the fire department, rescue squad and sheriff department. Generous grant monies allowed us to provide breakfast, lunch, partial transportation, and lots of healthy fun for FREE to all participants.
A great big thank you to the Community Foundation, Treakle Foundation and Food Lion for helping us serve up summer in style!
