The Chamber partnered with the Town of Bethlehem Department of Economic Development and Planning for an informative session Tuesday night hosted at the Bethlehem Public Library.  Panel members Joseph Landy (Director, Commercial Lending - Capital Region Chamber), Walt Brady (Director of Lending, Community Load Fund of the Capital Region), John Skrobella
(Small Business Development Center) and Dustin Krause

We will officially cut the ribbon at 11am, and there will be give-aways (including Yankee tickets and Countryfest tickets). There are many local organizations that rely on volunteers to help them carry out their good works. If you are new to volunteering, it can be hard to know how to get started. Join the Bethlehem Public Library on Saturday, April 2 for our Community & Volunteer Fair from 1-3pm. This event brings non-profit organizations and potential volunteers together. Learn more about how you can make a difference! On Sunday, April 3Marc Edgar will be at the library to teach young people how to create printable 3D designs.

Get ready for the first event of the season at the Pine Hollow Arboretum! The State of the Arboretum event will be Sunday, April 3 at 2pm at the Visitor Center. The arboretum's founder John Abbuhl will share what the Pine Hollow has accomplished in the last year and plans for the coming year. For those interested in volunteering, you will be able to sign up and learn more about how you can help the arboretum maintain its beautiful grounds and stay connected to the community. Support your veterans this Memorial Day, and throughout the year, by participating in the American Legion Memorial Day Honor Roll. The American Legion publishes this booklet every year, which allows businesses to advertise to the 3,000+ parade spectators. Proceeds from the Honor Roll are used to support non-funded veteran service programs, such as Patriot Flight, a local non-profit that flys Veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the memorials for their service.
