Gerald Wooliever Senior Juried Show

Each year we are thrilled to display the works of talented young artists in our Secondary School Art Exhibit. Jurors Beth Winfield and Debbie Gualco will select the winners of Wooliever Scholarship awards based on the body of work presented by each student in the Senior Juried Show. The exhibit runs through April 18.

Juror Lana Wilson has selected a wide range of ceramic work, from innovative sculptural pieces to beautifully executed functional forms in the annual Eight from ACGA
exhibit held in conjunction with the California Conference for the Advancement of Ceramic Art. Featured artists, all members of ACGA, are Gerald Arrington, Alice Corning, Maria De Castro, Julia Feld, Susanne French, Patricia Griffin, Lee Middleman and John Schnick. The show runs Friday, April 26 through Saturday, May 25.
Opening Reception April 26, 5-7pm

Zumba Express is back! Zumba is a dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness party". Van Lay leads these fun, 45 minute, whole-body workouts for 18+ . (Wednesdays, 5:15-6pm, 146022)
Denise Lichtig leads students 18+ in Beginning/Continuing Tai Chi Chuan. This ancient martial art practice will improve your balance, sense of focus, and wellbeing. (Wednesdays, 6-7pm, 146019)
The whole family is invited to join the fun in Sunflower Clay. In this workshop Heidi Bekebrede shows students 5+ how to make and paint a sunflower cup, bowl or sculpture. (Sunday, 5/19, 9:30-11am or 11:30-1pm, 111096)
