Applications are now being accepted for Leadership Los Gatos 2015-2016

Leadership Los Gatos is a program for people of all backgrounds and interests who wish to become more involved in the community. Its mission is to engage, educate, and develop service-oriented individuals who live and/or work in Los Gatos for leadership roles in community and neighborhood organizations, schools, places of worship, and Town Government. August 20th, 8:30am - 10:30am The Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department will be hosting "Coffee with a Cop". This community event will take place at Boulevard Coffee, located at 15525 Los Gatos Blvd. Suite C, Los Gatos. Coffee with a Cop provides the community and police with an opportunity to interact in a casual and personal atmosphere, allowing individual citizens to sit down with an officer and discuss any concerns or issues of importance to the citizen. August 21st, 4pm - 7pm The Butter Paddle - Char Maassen Jewelry Design Trunk Show and Leeba Designs of Santa Cruz will be hosting "Girls Night In". Invite your friends and enjoy refreshments while shopping the wonderful assortment of scarves, bags, and totes. Char Maassen will be there displaying her beautiful jewelry.
August 22, 11am - 2pm Oak Meadow Acupuncture is having an Open House! There will be champagne toast, ribbon cutting, raffle prizes and allergy-free cake. August 22nd, 12 pm - 3 pm The Los Gatos Library, in conjunction with Village House of Books and the Friends of the Los Gatos Library Bookstore, will be hosting the 2nd Annual Literary Fair. This event will take place on Civic Center Lawn and feature keynote speakers: New York Times Bestselling Author Cara Black, International Bestselling Author C.W. Gortner, and O. Henry Prize Winner Jan Ellison. Additional participants include local bay area authors, writers, groups, and publishers. More information can be found on their website here.

August 26th, 10:30am The Campbell Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their 51st Annual Golf Tournament at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club. Player Registration fees are $700 for Foursomes, $175 for an individual player, and Awards & Auctions tickets are $50. There are 3 levels of sponsorships: Ace, Eagle, and Birdie. Take a ride on the train or carousel at Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad , even enjoy bar-b-que at their concession stand. This shopping extravaganza features dozens of designers selling clothing, jewelry, and other fashions. On-site food vendors and free parking are available.
