It's all about choice... and improved membership benefits.
After careful consideration by the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and staff, the Chamber is changing the way members invest. Like many Chambers during the past decade, we are moving to a tiered membership structure. The current member benefits were scrutinized, evaluated, and measured. Some remained, others changed, and many new benefits were created.
What is Tiered Membership?
Our tiered benefit structure offers you the option to choose from a wide variety of benefits at different membership levels. The value and benefit of membership builds with each increasing tier. This allows you to individualize your membership based on the unique needs of your business.
Why a Tiered Membership?
You're probably wondering why the Chamber would make such a change in the way we do business. The answer is simple: It guarantees equity and choice when choosing a membership package and is aligned with the Chamber's mission of developing a robust economic base.
The program communicates a consistent message: The Chamber is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes grow and prosper. Rather than requiring businesses to pay into a "one-size-fits-all" membership, this tiered system allows companies to invest in a level that best suits their needs.
The tiered structure provides direct benefit: This structure clearly outlines the list of benefits and value a company receives for each tier, showing a direct benefit for each level of investment.
The program better educates members: Through a clear outline of benefits, companies are well-informed about what the Chamber has to offer and always have the ability to upgrade to another affordable tier.
The Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce has seven membership levels to choose from. The President's Circle will remain the same, while the Non-Profit, Business, and Partner memberships have been refined to better address the needs of Los Gatos businesses. We encourage you to review the new membership levels and maximize your membership benefits. Please remember that our membership dues remain extremely competitive compared to neighboring communities.
This new structure will begin officially January 1st for new members and upon membership renewal for current members. However, current members will begin to receive their new enhanced membership benefits starting in January regardless of your membership's renewal date.
