Page 2 - Gives you the opportunity to enhance your company listing information, and/or purchase a box listing with your logo/company description that will appear in the "Business Directory" portion of the guide.
Page 2/side 2 - Provides a space to include your business description for those of you who want to purchase a box listing.
* Unless you return your form with requested changes, the information will appear in the directory as it is.
